one of the largest Halloween cosplay events in Japan,
set in “Manga and Animation City Toshima"
Whether it's your first time cosplaying or you're coming solo,
with friends, family,
or kids, or simply love anime and manga—
anyone and
everyone can fully enjoy

POCKETALK
This year, IKEHALO is going multilingual
with our staff and stages!
Even if you aren't perfectly confident in your Japanese, you can still enjoy IKEHALO to the fullest.
Information staff equipped with "POCKETALK" translation devices will be stationed throughout the IKEHALO2026 venue, so please enjoy the event with peace of mind.
Furthermore, the main stage at Naka-Ikebukuro Park will feature the "Sentio" real-time translation system!
By simply scanning a QR code with your smartphone on the day of the event, the Japanese conversations on the main stage will be translated into your preferred language.

Enjoy a different side of Ikebukuro brought together by bright costumes and characters.
