How to Join
Advance sales available on e-plus. Tickets are sold by specific photo session times.
Please select your preferred time slot when purchasing.
Flow on the Day of the Session
- Please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time and line up at the reception.
- Staff will check your ticket and assist with photo preparations.
- Enjoy an approx. 10-minute photo session with a professional photographer.
- Receive your SD card immediately after the session.
- If you are late, your session time may be reduced.
- If you arrive after your scheduled time slot, priority will be given to the next customer.
Important Notes
- A separate "Ikehalo Participation Ticket" (Premium or General) is required to join this session.
- Each ticket allows 1 group of up to 4 people.
- The session lasts approximately 10 minutes.
- Please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes prior to your designated time and wait in line at the reception desk.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time.
- If you arrive past your time slot, the next customer will be prioritized.
- We guarantee at least 15 photos per group.
- Photo data will be provided on an SD card on the same day.
- Photos will be unretouched (no editing or skin smoothing).
- Requests regarding specific framing, composition, or poses may not always be accommodated.
- We cannot be held responsible for data loss or damage after the SD card is handed over. Please back up your data as soon as possible.
- Costumes and props must comply with Ikehalo participation rules and venue regulations.
- Event details may change or be canceled depending on event circumstances.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff and photographer on the day.

A. Up to 4 people per group can participate with 1 ticket.
Q. Can I participate even if I am not in cosplay?
A. Yes! As long as you have an Ikehalo participation ticket, non-cosplayers are welcome. It’s a great way to take photos with friends and family.

A. Approximately 10 minutes per group.
